Saturday 6/6/2015, we went to Saturday Market, Waterfront area to spread the love of Jesus. When we walked across the bridge we passed some people living on the street. I had a sharp pain in my middle finger, right hand so I went back and asked one of them if he had pain there. He showed me a scare on his finger and says it constantly hurts. After a quick prayer, he had full movement and no pain. We got to tell him about Jesus and speak life over him.

After that, were by voodoo donuts and I asked two guys if we could pray. They said no, then one of them said sure, for school. When I prayed the Lord revealed that He knows both of them and they were blown away by prophetic words. Then, one of their backs got healed through a word of knowledge.

After that, we prayed for a few more people then we went to the Waterfront. Right when we got there, there were people preaching the Gospel and holding up signs. I prayed over one of them and blessed him. One of the guys holding the sign was debating this girl with a Mohawk and she was throwing question after question at him. We tried answering the questions then got a word about her having an art studio, she said she wanted a tattoo studio but then said I’ve heard Christians say that word like 15 times and it hasn’t come to be. Then one of the guy’s legs was shorter, so we prayed over him and his leg didn’t shoot out. We kept praying and nothing happened.  We had a crowd watching but nothing happened.  Then the girl said, “See you just proved your full of @^#& and God doesn’t exist.”

While this was going on, Michael was prophesying over people in the background and got a word over the guy preaching that his leg was shorter. He wouldn’t let him pray. Then the guy kind of attacked him about how science proves that there is no such thing as faith healing.

So here’s this situation, where the atmosphere was “Prove it!” We step out and nothing happened even to the point of people mocking us. Sometimes, this happens but we cannot allow what the world doesn’t see to dictate what we see. God is a healer, He hasn’t changed. So what happened here? I’m not fully sure, but I believe Holly, who was witnessing with us had an answer. She said that she felt like we didn’t see breakthrough because in that situation it would have been to prove a point rather than an act of love.

We left and started walking down the waterfront and I prayed over a married couple and got a word about the girl. Her shoulders were healed and they were excited to see prayer. After that, I went up to a group of guys and asked if I could pray. They said no, but then when I asked if they had any pain, one of them said his knee. I prayed and his knee was healed instantly. The other guy said he wanted prayer to want to pray more and I got to pray for him to have a deeper relationship with the Lord. Right after that a guy walked by with his arm in a sling from a broken collar bone, after a quick prayer he said the pain left.

We walked by a couple selling tamales. Michael asked her if she had pain in her knee. She said all the time and he prayed. She said it doesn’t hurt right now, but she’ll have to walk on it a bit to see. We asked if it was hurting before Michael prayed and she said yes, as soon as he prayed all the pain left. When we asked her if she could find the pain, she couldn’t. Then, I got a word about her back on one side and she had back pain and a leg shorter. Chelsea prayed over her leg and it instantly shot out even, she was wearing high heel sandals. Her back was healed no more pain. Then I asked the guy if he had anything. His girl said, “Yes, let them pray for your wrist” his wrist was in pain and popped when he moved it, but he wouldn’t let us pray. He said that he didn’t believe the same as us and didn’t want to know. The girl was so touched she gave us tamales for free.

Many other things happened that day. It’s interesting how sometimes you step out and take a risk and see the most amazing breakthroughs ever, other times you step out and just look silly. One thing that was clear from this day, when you step in love, it’s impossible to fail.

I know I haven't been posting the testimonies lately but it's for an exciting reason which we will reveal at another time.
