Forum Homework Think of someone in your life and spend time seeking the Lord for a word for them. Write it down, give it to them, and ask them for feedback. I was seeking the Lord for a word for my dear old friend, Rev Cooper (He’s been an ordained minister since 1956) I was praying and praying. I was sure the Lord would have something really special to tell him.  As I was wondering why I didn’t get a word for him… it came clearly to me from the Lord, “I’ll just tell him myself. We talk all the time.”😊♥️🕊 When I texted Rev Cooper to tell him what happened, this is what he said, “A job WELL DONE ! 😊🙏🤗” This is what I said, “Awesome 🤩 it's so true! You're always talking to God so you get your messages straight from Him!♥️🕊 Lololol! 🤩” I also prayed for several other people and shared with them the  private messages the Lord gave to them. They were thankful and blessed. Step out and seek to give a word a of knowledge to a stranger. I was coming out of Winco late at night with a few un-bagged groceries in my cart. At the exit door was a homeless man with a sleeping bag. I asked him if I could pray for him, hoping the Lord would give him a word of knowledge that would help him. After praying, I was listening for a word for him, when he asked me for a turnover from my basket.  I gave him the sweet rolls and some money.  Although I didn’t have a word for him, I was  glad to share what I had. I keep remembering him, and praying for him, that the the Lord would pour out His favor and blessing into his life.🕊❤️ Share what happened on the Warriors Forum section on the website.

1. I prayed several times for Tonya’s foot. She checked it each time and there wasn’t much change. I told her Jesus loves her, keep praying and I will too. I am continuing to pray for her to be completely healed in Jesus name. 2. Via Text, I prayed for my 85 year old friend’s dementia to be completely healed in Jesus name. He said there’s no change but we’re still praying and believing it will be. 3. I prayed over the phone, for complete healing of my sister’s heart that was damaged during her recent heart attack. She couldn’t feel any change but she has an appointment with her heart doctor tomorrow. We’re still praying and expecting to see complete healing.

These are the things I ask God for, respecting Him to supply whatever I need, to do whatever it is He wants me to accomplish. I want to walk in the Lord’s presence, to be ever in prayer, to be filled with the Holy Spirit, to pursue love and humility, grace and kindness, to have faith. I also pray to have vision, wisdom, knowledge, understanding, insight, discernment, good judgment, discretion, peace, joy, higher thoughts and higher ways… whatever is needed at whatever point, to be able to learn, serve, build up, edify, and help equip, those the Lord has blessed me to know… and to have fun doing it with them and with Him. If I were to choose one it would be love. “Pursue love, and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy.” 1 Corinthians 14:1

My prayer time by the river was blessed with insight as I was praising God and contemplating His glory... Oh how Glorious He is! His love is Glorious! He showed me, that the water I was standing in, the air surrounding me, the tree leaves glittering with light, the birds twirling in the sky, the sun bursting through the clouds…everything around me… has His love inside of of them. The very essence of His love is integrated into everything He created. The universe, every tiny part of it, is made with His love in it... His love is an integral part of everything He made. Not only is God’s love with us, it is in us, and it is all around us… from the very air we breath, to the light and heat that warms us, to the water that refreshed us, to the food that nourishes us, to everything living and non living thing that surrounds us…the entire universe, ‘the heavens and the earth’ He created…has Gods love engrained in it! God’s love is the very heartbeat of His creation. He loves His creation. He loves me. I can completely trust Him, the God who created the entire universe with love, to complete the good work He began in me… I’m to stay present with Him and He will show me the way… ‘even the tiniest act of love is part of the foundation of the of the universe.’ God’s love is Glorious! 🙏Glorious God, loving creator of the heavens and the earth, we praise you, we thank you, we exalt you… Holy holy holy, Lord God Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come… ✝️🕊🙏

The summer before high school I went to church camp. That was where I had a life changing encounter with the Holy Spirit. During evening service I asked the Lord to come into my life. He became my Lord and Savior and I was baptized in the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit filled me and I began speaking in tongues. I didn't even know what that was. The entire room was radiating with otherworldly light and the presence of God was thick with love within me and all around me. I was a new creation in Christ. When I went home everyone told me how much I had changed. I was overflowing with His Love. 2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV « 17. I sit in my big green chair OR go to my special prayer place… I wait quietly for God, to be in His presence. I read Psalm 62:1-2 & 5-8 I listen, hear, pray in the Spirit, trust and pour out my heart to Him.  As He leads, I go to scripture and I follow the path He shows me. I pray Isaiah 55 (and ask for my thoughts and my ways to be ‘higher like His’). I do ongoing chapter readings - currently from Jeremiah, Matthew, Acts, and John - including reference and word studies, followed by prayer/ worship/intercession… In the summer it’s peaceful with the sound of birds, the river, and wind-chimes through my open window… Sometimes I go to my special place just to pray, praise, and thank God. I go just to be with Him. For His loving kindness endures forever…
