Joe & Rochelle Bieber are the founders of Proclaim Jesus & are missionaries in Santa Cruz, California. They have become good friends of ours and we can testify of the fruit of their lives. They planted a church that carries the heartbeat of revival, where people can find healing, freedom and truth to help then walk in the victory Jesus paid for on the cross.
